01 / About

Not a backdrop.
A place to make.

AMII supports artists by putting the room, the tools and other working people within reach.

Opened in 2013 as Lithuania’s first dedicated audiovisual arts industry incubator, AMII was established by the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, Vilnius Academy of Arts and Lietuvos kino studija.

Its role is practical: help artists, designers, digital creators and small teams develop work, test processes and move projects toward an audience.

One base.

04 / Community

Different practices.
Shared momentum.

AMII is most useful when work is visible to other working people: a conversation in the corridor, sound from another room, a rough cut shared early enough to change it.
